• Shifting from facilitator to event architect.

• Creating frameworks and templates for repeatable events.

Module 3 – Marketing & Branding Essentials + Event Psychology

• Building hype before, during, and after the event.

• Leveraging media opportunities (press, podcasts, collabs).

• Basics of graphic design for events (flyers, branding, digital campaigns).

• How to position your event as a must-attend experience.

Module 4 – Sales & Funding Strategies

• Monetization pathways: sponsorships, partnerships, ticketing, memberships.

• Sales strategies to convert attendees into long-term community members or clients.

• Funding options: sponsorship decks, community grants, and pitch strategies.

Module 5 – AI for Modern Event Hosts

• Using AI to create event marketing campaigns.

• AI-powered tools for scripts, schedules, and follow-up.

Module 6 – The Business of Hosting & Community Leadership

• Building authority and brand as a professional host.

• Positioning yourself as the “go-to” community event leader.

• Systems for scaling
