In 2027, there will no longer be vendor booths for sale. You MUST be a pass holder to reserve vendor/exhibitor spaces.
Your 2027 All Access Pass includes:

ONE 10x10 Exhibitor or Food & Beverage Vending space at qualifying 2027 events. Expo opportunities are intended to be semiannual. Additional vending opportunities may be offered through stand alone workshops/trainings, social networking events or panel/roundtable meetings.

Pass Holder Participation Requirements
The Pass Holder Agreement must be completed before participating in any organizational programs, events, or activities.
For events hosted outside Charlotte, NC, up to 70% of vendor and exhibitor spaces will be reserved for businesses local to the host community.
