✅ Clothing Brands Operating 3+ Years
✅ Permitted & Insured Food Businesses
✅ Returning Vendors in Good Standing
✅ Community-Focused Businesses & Resources

*Pre-approved Boothshare is available for non-food vendors who meet the criteria and would like to share their Booth with another business. One of the businesses MUST meet the criteria above. 

If you meet the criteria above, secure your 10x10 space today for as low as $145. Pricing increases with time, and only 15 pre-approval spots are available.

All vendors and exhibitors are responsible for bringing their own table, chairs, and tent setup.

Once payment is received, an application will be emailed to you for completion. Your application will help us better understand your business needs and how to best support your setup.


Please note: your space is reserved immediately upon payment. 

 

All vendors and exhibitors will receive onboarding details, along with full event-day instructions and logistics, at least 30 days before the event date to ensure proper preparation and a smooth experience on-site.

 

Black in Business Expo takes place on 10.24.26 — a full outdoor experience designed to maximize visibility, engagement, and community connection while enjoying the beautiful Fall scenery in one centralized space.

All purchases are non-refundable, but transferable.
